Primetime
Season finale of 10 Things I Hate About You (ABC Family, 7pm; also on Wednesday at 11pm).
Naomi and Silver meet the son of a movie star, Navid plans a romantic evening, a text message causes Dixon stress. Yup, it’s the season premiere of 90210 (CW, 7pm). If you enjoyed season one, you’ll probably want to check out this first episode. Certainly this week, before other shows debut/return.
Patrick coaches Ruby’s soccer team, David gives Jordan songwriting advice on a new Ruby & the Rockits (ABC Family, 7:30pm; also on Wednesday at 11:30pm).
Pete, Myka, and Claudia wind up trapped in the warehouse while Artie is away on a new episode of Warehouse 13 (SyFy, 8pm and 10pm; also on Friday at 9pm).
I guess since the updated version of 90210 did well last season, it was only logical that the CW would bring us an updated version of Melrose Place. The series premiere airs tonight (CW, 8pm; also on Friday at 8pm; and Sunday at 8pm). You can find out more on the official site for the show. I figure some of you might want to give this a look because it’s new and the other networks haven’t debuted their fall shows yet. In the first episode, a corpse is found in the pool at an apartment complex– I hate it when that happens!
James celebrates his birthday with a bowling party on a new 18 Kids and Counting (TLC, 8pm and 10pm).
A former client wants William to save his drug-addicted girlfriend (and she just happens to be the daughter of a powerful drug dealer) on a new episode of The Cleaner (A&E, 9pm, 10pm, 1am, 2am).
Clay sets up a new gun deal and a white separatist group takes root in charming in the season premiere of Sons of Anarchy (FX, 9pm – 10:09pm, 10:09pm – 11:18pm, midnight – 1:08am; also on Friday at 10pm).
New episode of The Colony (Discovery Channel, 8pm and midnight; also on Saturday at 10am). You can find out more about this interesting show on the website for it.
Past champions return to compete against each other on Chopped (Food Network, 9pm and midnight).
Andrew Zimmern swims with sharks and stingrays and explores a cave filled with skeletons during a trip to Belize on a new Andrew Zimmern’s Bizarre World (Travel Channel, 9pm, 10pm, 1am).
Late Night
The Daily Show and The Colbert Report aren’t on at all tonight.
Former Prime Minister Tony Blair, Julianna Margulies on The Late Show with David Letterman (CBS, 10:35pm).
Kate Beckinsale, Richard Lewis, Dhani Harrison on The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien (NBC, 10:35pm).
Neil Patrick Harris, Spencer Day on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson (CBS, 11:35pm).
Elijah Wood, John Fogerty on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (NBC, 11:35pm).
Jennifer Connelly, Jeff Ross, Boys Like Girls on Jimmy Kimmel Live (ABC, check your local listings).
Jesse James, Dwayne Perkins, the Cure on a rerun of Last Call with Carson Daly (NBC, check your local listings).

Welcome back, Laurel. I know I didn’t send any emails during your hiatus, although I thought of you, because I wanted to let you really embrace your hiatus. Don’t assume we all forgot you just because we were quiet.

Yes, I missed you. Glad to see you back to posting. Figured you’d be back before the season started, and you needed to take your time.
I can’t wait to see the new House, but I am also dreading it. What fresh horror is in store for him?

…also, I worry that if I say I am missing the picks it will feel pressuring to you! I don’t want you to feel pressured or forced, only to know that I *appreciate you and your picks* very, very much!
