Primetime

Series premiere of 10 Things I Hate About You (ABC Family, 7pm – 7:36pm, 8:05pm – 8:35pm; also on Wednesday at 11pm). Based on the movie of the same name. The cast includes Lindsey Shaw, Meaghan Martin, Dana Davis, Micholas Braun, Larry Miller, and Ethan Peck. Sisters Kat and Bianca Stratford take different approaches to life in high school. In case you aren’t familiar with the movie, it was a fun teen movie take on Shakespeare’s Taming of the Shrew. This looks to be a fun summer show.

Baseball: Braves at Cubs (WGN, 7pm).

Series premiere of Warehouse 13 (SyFy, 8pm – 10:04pm, 10:04pm – 12:09am; also on Wednesday night at 11:03pm; there will be additional airings on Chiller, Bravo, USA, and Sleuth as well). I’ve seen the first episode and I enjoyed it as fun summer fare, though so far the two leads don’t do much for me– I by far prefer the supporting characters played by Saul Rubinek and CCH Pounder. It may very well remind you of The Librarian movies and a little bit of the Sci-Fi series Sanctuary with some steampunk elements thrown in. Basic set-up: there’s a secret warehouse in the Badlands of South Dakota where they keep weird/supernatural artifacts; agents go out to secure things and bring them to the warehouse. Check out the official website for the show to find out more about it.

Christina tries to save a woman and her little boy after a car accident; Bobbie helps a woman on the verge of losing her arm on a new HawthoRNe (TNT, 8pm and 10pm).

New Deadliest Catch (Discovery Channel, 8pm – 9:01pm and 11pm – midnight). Followed by After the Catch (Discovery, 9:01p and midnight).

A young woman is shot to death in a park in the middle of the day; a young man is beaten and shot in front of a strip club on a new episode of The First 48 (A&E, 8pm and midnight). This series follows detectives during the first 48 hours of their investigations.

They build a “Rat Pack Cave” on a new Man Caves (DIY, 8pm and midnight; also on Saturday at 4pm).

New 18 Kids and Counting (TLC, 8pm and 10pm).

New episode of The Apprentice UK (BBC America, 8pm, 11pm, 1am; also on Sunday at 11pm).

The squad investigates a brutal home invasion and another angel (or is it a demon?) tries to lure Grace away from Earl on a new Saving Grace (TNT, 9pm and 11pm).

William is hired to help a pregnant East Indian girl who is addicted to meth on a new episode of The Cleaner (A&E, 9pm, 10pm, 1am, 2am).

Franco steps into the ring and Sean reveals his scheme on a new episode of Rescue Me (FX, 9pm – 10:01pm, 10:01pm – 11:02pm; also on Friday at 10pm).

New After the Catch (Discovery, 9:01pm – 10pm and midnight – 1am).

New episode of Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood (Oxygen, 9pm, 11pm, midnight).

Is there a way for you to support links that would send Tivo record requests via our Tivo accounts? That would be way cool.

Still enjoying your site and recommendations for shows
