News & Notes

Amazon’s Deal of the Day (available today only, while supplies last) is on Dead Like Me: The Complete Collection for just $30– that’s both seasons of this excellent show, plus the new Dead Like Me movie; this set would’ve cost you $48 yesterday and will probably cost that tomorrow. I really like the series Dead Like Me a whole lot, though I was not fond of some things about the new movie, there were other bits that were kinda neat. The series was created by Bryan Fuller (of Wonderfalls, Pushing Daisies) and stars Ellen Muth, Mandy Patinkin, Callum Blue, Jasmine Guy, Laura Harris, and Cynthia Stevenson.

The Fall 2009 Schedule Grid includes schedule data for ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, and NBC. It also includes links to Fall Previews from all the networks. And there are “info” links after each new show named on the page; you can click those to see the official pages for those shows– many of them include video previews and other neat stuff.
