Rerun of “First TV Interview: The Pregnant Man” episode of Oprah (syndicated, check your local listings). Thomas and his wife Nancy are expecting a child and Thomas is the one who is pregnant– how is this possible? Because Thomas is transgendered. You can read their story and learn more about the episode.

Primetime

Some classic episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation: “Elementary, Dear Data” (Sci-Fi, 6pm), “The Measure of a Man” (Sci-Fi, 7pm), “Time Squared” (Sci-Fi, 8pm), and “Q Who?” (Sci-Fi, 9pm).

Baseball: Cleveland at Detroit (ESPN, 6pm) followed by Baseball Tonight (ESPN, 9pm or so).

Popovers are the subject du jour in a new episode of Good Eats (Food Network, 7pm and 2am) titled “Popover Sometime”. Alton Brown hosts my favorite cooking show.

“Super Hot” is the theme of this new episode of Modern Marvels (History, 7pm and 11pm). A life-size mannequin is exposed to more than 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit, a look at how steel workers suit up to beat refinery heat, some coffee makers and hair dryers which malfunction at Underwriters Laboratories, and a friction lab tests aircraft and race-car brakes.

The gang “hits the beach for spring break” in the season finale of Greek (ABC Family, 7pm; also Tuesday at 11pm).

Rerun of the season premiere of Army Wives (Lifetime, 7pm). I figured I’d best note it in case you care and somehow missed it last night.

Joey Lawrence hosts the series premiere of Master of Dance (TLC, 7pm and 10pm, 7:30pm and 10:30pm) which is followed by a second new episode. This show “tests the dancer’s moves by changing the song mid-performance to see if they can really go with the flow.” The winner will be awarded $50,000.

Two women (who are a couple) each have twins through in-vitro fertilization in a special called Quads With 2 Moms (Discovery Health Channel, 7pm and 10pm; also on Saturday at 1pm).

New episodes of these shows on HGTV tonight: Designed to Sell (HGTV, 7pm and 11pm), Curb Appeal (HGTV, 7:30pm and 11:30pm), and Hidden Potential (HGTV, 8:30pm and 12:30am).

Lou Ferrigno makes an appearance in a special Incredible Hulk themed episode of American Gladiators (NBC, 7pm).

A body is found in the woods with bound hands and missing feet in this rerun of Bones (FOX, 7pm). And it seems the victim had been eating the sort of thing one might feed a horse.

Booth: “Aristotle also thought that the purpose of the human heart was to solve math problems.”
Bones: “I’m surprised you know that.”
Booth: “Turns out I’m smarter than a 5th grader.”
  from Bones

The sixth ever episode of Gossip Girl (CW, 7pm; also on Sunday at 5pm). Dan’s childhood friend Vanessa returns to NYC and declares her feelings for him. There’s a masked ball in this one, too. Jenny’s mistaken for Blair and hijinks sortof ensue.

Dan: “A ball?”
Rufus: “Haven’t you heard? Your sister’s Cinderella.”
Dan: (to his sister) “And let me guess. Your wicked step-sister is Blair Waldorf.”
  from Gossip Girl

Rerun of the third ever episode of The Bill Engvall Show (CBS, 7pm) which recounts how Bill met his wife (played by Nancy Travis). This sitcom usually airs on TBS; the second season premiere will air on June 12th.

Lauren: (on how her parents met) “Let me spare you the agony: Mom was a nurse, Dad came into the ER. Bad jokes, bad hair, bad clothing choices . . . happily ever after.”
  from The Bill Engvall Show

When the gang has to miss the Super Bowl for a funeral, they vow to watch together the following Monday night in this rerun of How I Met Your Mother (CBS, 7:30pm). Of course keeping from finding out the results before they watch is very difficult. Emmitt Smith makes an appearance in this episode.

Ted: “Almighty TiVo, we thank you for all the gifts you have given us: the power to freeze live TV to go take a leak is nothing short of godlike; let’s not forget fast forwarding through commercials. It seems greedy to ask anything more from you, oh Magic Box. But if you malfunction and miss the Super Bowl, we will destroy you in the alley with baseball bats. Amen.”
from How I Met Your Mother

A look at some of the big names in the cookie business on a new episode of Heavyweights (Food Network, 7:30pm and 2:30am).

Get Smart: HBO First Look (HBO, 7:45pm). Get Smart is one of my favorite comedies, I’m not sure how I feel about this new movie.

Filmmaker Marina Zenovich examines the statutory rape case involving director Roman Polanski in Roman Polanski: Wanted and Desired (HBO, 8pm).

A new episode of I Survived (Biography, 8pm and midnight) tells the story of two students and a professor who survived the shootings at Virginia Tech University and also the story of the schoolbus that was on the 35W bridge over the Mississippi River in Minneapolis when it collapsed. Want to see how the new bridge is coming along? Check out these webcams.

Scientists examine the techniques used when six self-defense experts react to actual scenarios in order to determine the body’s vulnerable targets on a new episode of Fight Science (National Geographic Channel, 8pm and 11pm).

Billy Ray Cyrus hosts the season premiere of Nashville Star (NBC, 8pm – 10pm). This series moves from cable to broadcast TV for its sixth season. Judges/mentors this season are Jewel, John Rich, and Jeffry Steele. This season duos and trios are eligible for the competition along with solo artists. This first episode features coverage of auditions and performances from the top twelve.

House (FOX, 8pm) tries to keep the identity of a patient a secret because she’s in training to be an astronaut for NASA and he doesn’t want her to lose that opportunity. This rerun is from early this past season.

House: “Of course it’s scientifically impossible for a person to go back and visit somewhere they’ve worked.”
Dr. Wilson: “No, but since she’s not a dead cat, it’s scientifically impossible for her to be in two places at once.”
House: “Physics joke. Don’t hear enough of those.”
  from House

The men sing, singer Natasha Bedingfield serenades someone, some of the bachelors race stock cars, and there’s “one of the most shocking dates in the history of the series” on a new episode of The Bachelorette (ABC, 8pm – 10pm). And yet . . . I still don’t care.

Charlie entertains a kid and in the process winds up with a new job in this rerun of Two and a Half Men (CBS, 8pm). Charlie’s songs for kids are catchy tunes, which we may sing from time to time around Wit’s End (that’s what we call our house/home).

Alan: “Charlie, you can’t depend on the kindness of the universe.”
Charlie: “I have to. I don’t have an older brother to sponge off of.”
from Two and a Half Men

Marc Summers goes in search of “Twisted Treats” in a new episode of Unwrapped (Food Network, 8pm and 11pm, 8:30pm and 11:30pm) which is followed by a rerun of the episode about mints.

Jon and Kate travel to Los Angeles to see a hair transplant specialist on a new hour-long episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8 (TLC, 8pm and 11pm).

The competitors play soccer and ride in wheelbarrows while searching for pigs or something wacky like that on a new episode of The Mole (ABC, 9pm). Jon Kelley hosts.

The cops help a malnourished dog who is stuck in a fence on a new episode of Animal Cops Houston (atnimal Planet, 9pm, midnight, 4am).

A rookie handles a job involving pigeons, Mike deals with some roaches, Joey tracks down a family of rats, and Mike boards a boat that’s infested with termites on a new episode of Verminators (Discovery, 9pm and 1am).

Leslie Bibb plays multiple roles in this rerun of CSI: Miami (CBS, 9pm); she was “Lu” on Crossing Jordan and “Brooke” on Popular; she’s currently appearing as “Christine Everhart” in the movie Iron Man. Colin Ferguson, who plays “Sheriff Jack Carter” on Eureka, also guest stars.

New episode of Legally Blonde (MTV, 9pm, 10pm).

Season finale of Miss Rap Supreme (VH1, 9pm and 11pm).
