News & Notes
. . . and I’m back. Was weird to actually get used to not doing the picks, but I think I needed a break. I do really need to figure out a way to earn some money with this site though because having no income and just depending on my husband’s income is getting old (and making us somewhat broke or at least unable to do as much as we’d like and get things fixed around the house, etc). So if you’ve got ideas, send ‘em my way. And keep those donations coming. I will be thanking those who donated and getting back to people later this week (probably tomorrow), I’m just busy catching up with stuff today. Sorry for the lateness and being briefer than usual, but at least I’m back, right?
If you follow the Minnesota Twins and/or baseball in general, you might want to check out WinTwins.net as it’s another site of mine, though with contributions from my husband Kevin and our friends Tim, Peter, and Marissa. I’ll be at the game tonight (and at the games on Wednesday, Thursday, and possibly Friday).
And if you haven’t checked out this year’s TeeVee April Fool’s Site, you should go see it. It is, in my humble opinion, hilarious. I didn’t contribute anything this year, but those Vidiots who did really wrote some great stuff.
Some news from ABC: Women’s Murder Club will move into the Tuesday at 9pm timeslot at the end of April and proceed to air three new episodes. Boston Legal will move to Wednesdays at 9pm and air new episodes starting at the end of April. One downside of all this is that Men in Trees will disappear from the schedule for a while, but new episodes will air on Wednesdays at 9pm starting at the end of May (after Boston Legal has aired their three new episodes). I will, of course, cover this stuff here and as usual this is all subject to change.
