Rerun of the “Meat” episode of Torchwood (BBC America, 7pm and 10pm). Debuted last week on BBC America. Rhys finds out the truth about Gwen’s job.
Someone is messing with the memories of the team in this new episode of Torchwood (BBC America, 8pm, 11pm). We learn some new things about the team members in this one. Some channel guides show another new episode (”Reset”) airing on BBC America at 2am, but it really shouldn’t be that episode yet (but if you’re curious, it’s an intense episode and worth a look. Doubtful it’s debuting a week early, but one never knows). Really should be another rerun of the episode that debuts at 8pm.
Feuding neighbors try to resolve differences by redecorating each other’s rooms on a new Trading Spaces (TLC, 8pm and 11pm; also on 11am on Sunday). Frank and Lauren are the designers for this one, with Brandon and Faber as carpenters.
“A teacher must stop a fast-moving creature that feeds on light and energy” in a new Sci-Fi Channel original movie called Living Hell (Sci-Fi, 8pm). Johnathon Schaech and Erica Leerhsen star.
Sesame Street’s Elmo, Chef Scott Conant, and Bobby Flay appear on a new Paula’s Party (Food Network, 8pm and 11pm).
College hoops: Tennessee at Memphis (ESPN, 8pm).
I was underwhelmed by the new Knight Rider (NBC, 8pm - 10pm) movie, but here’s another chance to see it in case you were curious.
Boxing: Sultan Ibragimov vs. Wladimir Klitschko (HBO, 8:30pm). Also includes taped coverage of the Kelly Pavlik vs. Jermain Taylor PPV fight. Runtime of 150 minutes though I imagine how long this goes depends on how long the fights are.
It’s the casual awards show for independent film: Independent Spirit Awards (AMC, 9pm; debuts live earlier in the day on IFC at 4pm, airs again on IFC at 2am).
