Today is Sleep Apnea Awareness Day. New data suggests that as many as one out of every four people in the United States may be at high risk for sleep apnea, but very few have been diagnosed and receive treatment. Don’t assume you know what you need to know about it, check out my post today about it in my Livejournal. I’ll be posting links to more info in my LJ later today as well.

Earl tries to make amends with a guy he hired to be the lead singer of his band once upon a time, he also needs to make amends to Giovanni Ribisi on a rerun of My Name Is Earl (NBC, 7pm).

I guess the story of Private Dancer (har) continues on Scrubs (NBC, 8pm). I wasn’t wild about the previous episode with him that got all political, nor about the recent clip show– here’s hoping things improve tonight.
Reruns of the Bill Murray episodes of American Chopper (TLC, 8pm, 9pm; 11pm, midnight).
George’s Dad winds up in the hospital, a guy gets plastic surgery, and so on and so forth on a rerun of Grey’s Anatomy (ABC, 8pm).
Rerun of the episode of CSI (CBS, 8pm) with guest star Alan Tudyk (“Wash” from Firefly). He plays a sex offender.
There’s a “deal-making demon” on a rerun of Supernatural (CW, 8pm).
Nathan Lane guest stars on 30 Rock (NBC, 8:31pm) as Jack’s out-of-work brother. This is the last 30 Rock for a while as it’ll go on a break to make room for new series Andy Barker, P.I. (which is a whole lot of fun and well worth checking out).
Marin tries to help Buzz and Patrick bond, Marin gets her hair done by Mario Cantone, and there’s an avalanche on a rerun of Men in Trees (ABC, 9:01pm).
Someone is taken hostage in a rerun of Shark (CBS, 9pm). I was surprised by at least one turn of events in this episode.
Michael tries to be supportive after learning that a new employee is an ex-convict on a rerun of The Office (NBC, 9pm).
Tracy appears on Late Night with Conan O’Brien on a rerun of 30 Rock (NBC, 9:30pm).
