FOX airs a “special preview” of the series premiere of The Wedding Bells (FOX, 8pm). It’s a new series from David E. Kelley and Jason Katims (of Friday Night Lights, Boston Public, Roswell) about three sisters who take over the family business (which is wedding planning and all that goes with it). The cast includes: Teri Polo (last seen on The West Wing as Mrs. Santos), KaDee Strickland, Sarah Jones (of Huff and Big Love), Missi Pyle (she recently played “Hope” on Heroes), Michael Landes (of Special Unit 2), and Chris Williams (he was “Dwight” in Dodgeball). Kelley faves Fyvush Finkel and Costas Mandylor (both of Picket Fences) guest star in this episode along with Delta Burke, Sherri Shepherd (”Ramona” from Less Than Perfect), Heather Tom (of The Young and the Restless), Nicholle Tom (Heather’s younger sister, she was “Maggie” on The Nanny), and Patrika Darbo (of Days of Our Lives). I predict wedding hijinks! Airs again on Friday at 8pm on FOX, which is to be the show’s normal timeslot.
