On Vacation
I’m taking a break due to repetitive stress issues in my right hand; will return with TV Picks when I can (definitely by 2007, goshdarnit).
As ever, if you want to be notified when new editions of the picks are posted, you can subscribe to receive the picks via email or watch the feed in some other way (RSS reader, on Yahoo or Google or Bloglines, on LiveJournal, etc). For info on all this stuff, check out the Subscribe page or mouse over the feed button.
I’ll still be reading email, just not as often as in the past. Replies may be brief or nonexistent at times, but I’ll do my best. I’ve fallen behind on updates to other parts of the site, will get to things when I can (want to pitch in? get in touch).

Tribute
I heartily recommend that you heck out the work of Leslie Harpold and read some of the wonderful things people have been saying about her. Leslie was a tremendous influence and inspiration to me (and many others) and will be missed.
Three favorites by Leslie: Possible Scenarios for Heaven, The Thread That Runs So True, and Sympathy for the Deviled Eggs.
Her Advent calendars are wonderful at this time of year, they’re available at harpold.com.
I’d write more if my wrist could take it; instead I’m just going to go revisit some more of Leslie’s work. And watch TV, ‘cuz that’s what I do.
