Remember you can read about Monday daytime TV in the tomorrow section of these picks. Full picks for Monday should be online by Noon.

Best Bets:

Who’s The Caboose? (Trio, 8pm and 11pm; also 4pm Monday)
Dave Chappelle: For What It’s Worth (Showtime, 8pm).
New episode of Dead Like Me (Showtime, 9pm)
Season premiere of The Surreal Life (VH1, 9pm and midnight; will be rerun lots)

News:

If you’re in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area tonight, you can catch me on WCCO radio (AM 830) on Sunday night around 7:10pm – 7:30pm with host Dan Geiger; I’ll be talking about the new fall season and some of the new shows. And if that isn’t enough to get you to tune in: Dan’s next interview of the evening is with Dick Smothers (of the Smothers Brothers). I’m just glad I don’t have to follow a Smothers brother. It’s my first time on radio in a lot of years, I hope I do a decent job.

TV DVDs due out on Tuesday: Season 3 of Alias, Season 4 of Angel, Season 1 of Everwood, the complete Keen Eddie, Season 1 of Magnum P.I, Season 1 of Without A Trace, and more (see the TV on DVD page for a full list).

Thanks to everyone who shops at amazon.com (for DVDs or anything else) via our links here. People who do that and people who make donations keep this site online.

Daytime:

TLC rebroadcasts all of the episodes of Trading Spaces: Home Free (TLC, 10am – 7pm). That’s the version of the show where teams competed as they worked on designs.

Another airing of the latest episode of Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends (Cartoon Network, 11am). Bloo breaks a bust. Cute little show from the creator of Powerpuff Girls.

Planet of the Apes movies on Sci-Fi today.

Super Bowl Highlights on ESPN Classic.

The Real World: San Diego marathon on MTV.

Coverage of Tennis: U.S. Open on CBS.

Baseball: Atlanta Braves at Montreal Expos (TBS, Noon).

You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure out what happens in this made-for-TV movie.

Rerun of the most recent new episode of Rescue Me (FX, 10pm). Great stuff.

Harvey Birdman (Cartoon Network, 10:30pm and 1:30am) defends a plastic surgeon who botches Botox injections on Droopy. The shame! This is one weird, funny show.
