“Choices” episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer (FX, 6am).

Best Bet: Johnny Staccato marathon (Trio, 7am – 7pm). Set those VCRs and Tivos! John Cassavetes stars as Johnny Staccato in this shortlived series from 1959-60. Staccato is a jazz pianist in Greenwich Village who moonlights as a private detective. Filmed in black and white in New York City, features lots of great jazz and some pretty cool guest stars, too.

Sci-Fi mini-marathon du jour: Star Trek (Sci-Fi, 7am – 3pm).

Seven remaining couples compete by renovating (and possibly sabotaging each other) on a new episode of The Complex: Malibu (FOX, 7pm). If you like home improvement shows and enjoy the competition of a certain sort of reality show, you may enjoy this.

Two new episodes of Jeremiah (Showtime, 7pm, 8pm). Both written by J. Michael Straczynski. Luke Perry, Malcolm Jamal-Warner, and Sean Astin star in this science fiction series.

MTV has a Real World: San Diego marathon; VH1 has a Surreal Life marathon. ‘Course I’d rather watch Beavis and Butthead on MTV2.

When Supergirl has some disturbing dreams, she seeks out Green Arrow and The Question for help on a new Justice League Unlimited (Cartoon Network, 7:30pm). Kin Shriner voices Green Arrow, Nicholle Tom is Supergirl, and Jeffrey Combs is The Question.

Rerun of the season premiere of Scrubs (NBC, 7:30pm). Tivo Alert: If you recorded it earlier in the week, you should know that the episode started even earlier than advertised so you’re recording might’ve missed the first minute or two.
