Both ESPN and ESPN2 have baseball games tonight, including some rather important games as there aren’t many regular season games left before the playoffs.
The crew of Star Trek Enterprise (UPN, 7pm) continue their search for the Xindi, but are faced with some “destructive anomalies.”
Maybe you used to watch Ed (NBC, 7pm) and gave up a while ago. Well, I can tell you that Ed and Carol finally get together in last season’s finale of the show. So if you wanted to see that happen, you should tune in. They also promise that when the new season starts, Ed and Carol will still be together and we’ll get to see what happens. No more sudden switcheroo like in previous years. Finally an honest-to-God payoff.
Rerun of the two-part season finale of Smallville (WB, 7pm, 8pm) from last season.
Jake’s first case as an actual agent involves a madman who is threatening D.C. with an electromagnetic bomb on Jake 2.0 (UPN, 8pm). I liked the pilot episode, though since that was all set-up, one needs to see how tonight’s episode works with Jake as an actual agent to get the true flavor of the series. Could be a good second string series, if you know what I mean. But it’ll probably get clobbered when Angel and The West Wing return with new episodes. Enjoy it before those shows return.
Arnold Schwarzenegger on Larry King Live (CNN, 8pm and 11pm and 2am).
Combat Harvesters on a new Junkyard Mega-Wars (TLC, 8pm and 11pm).
“Beet It” episode of Good Eats (Food Network, 8pm and 11pm).
Zoey is kidnapped and the President must make some major decisions on a rerun of last season’s finale of The West Wing (NBC, 8pm). I found last season very disappointing, but I finally watched the last few episodes and found this one somewhat compelling. Good set up for John Wells and company to breathe some new life into the series when it premieres, would be nice to see the show revitalized this season.
Fang vs. Fiction: The Real Underworld of Vampires and Werewolves (AMC, 9pm).
The Silver Mining Company is robbed on a new episode of Peacemakers (USA, 9pm). Tom Berenger and Amy Carlson star.
New episode of Street Time (Showtime, 9pm). Rob Morrow and Scott Cohen star.
Cosmetic salesperson, used car salesperson on Take This Job . . . (A&E, 9pm and 1am).
Garcia celebrates his 15th year on the force on Reno 911! (Comedy Central, 9:30pm and 11:30pm).
Charlie Sheen on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (Comedy Central, 10pm and midnight).
Henry Simmons on The Orlando Jones Show (FX, 10pm).
Futurama (Cartoon Network, 10:30pm).
Lewis Black, Stephen Colbert, Nick DiPaolo, Jim Norton on Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn (Comedy Central, 10:30pm and 12:30am).
Gen. Tommy Franks, Rodney Crowell on a rerun of The Late Show with David Letterman (CBS, 10:35pm).
Beyonce Knowles, Eddie Izzard on The Tonight Show (NBC, 10:35pm).

Michael Rapaport, Christina Ricci, the Folksmen (of A Mighty Wind) on Late Night with Conan O’Brien (NBC, 11:35pm).

Eve, Paul Sorvino, Bill Burr on Last Call with Carson Daly (NBC, check your local listings).

Tom Bergeron, a male makeover, guest co-host Kennedy on The View (ABC, check your local listings).
Jeff Probst, Mike Epps, someone who stopped a $50 million heist, Heart on The Wayne Brady Show (syndicated, check your local listings).
Eve, Peter Boyle, and an 86-year-old nutritionist on The Ellen DeGeneres Show (syndicated, check your local listings). More info.
