Marlene Dietrich movies on TCM.
It’s “big block of cheese day” on The West Wing (Bravo, 6pm and 10pm). Fifth ever episode of this fine show (well from back when it was fine).
One more airing of the “model home” episode of The O.C. (FOX, 7pm). I liked the episode, I like the show. Give it a shot.
Baseball : Anaheim Angels at Chicago White Sox (ESPN, 7pm).
Rerun of the “Mr. Monk Meets the Playboy” episode of Monk (USA, 7pm). Gary Cole guest stars.
Everwood (WB, 8pm) was one of the best new series of last season, it’s a pity they didn’t air more reruns during the summer so those that missed it could catch up. In tonight’s fine rerun, Ephram has his first piano recital since leaving New York City. And, um, much more. If you missed episodes or the show altogether, I heartily recommend it.
Debra thinks she and Ray need marriage counseling on Everybody Loves Raymond (CBS, 8pm).
I Love The ’70s (VH1, 8pm, 9pm). 1970 and 1971. I understood the appeal of I Love The ’80s, but who on earth loves the ’70s? I’m just saying.
“Food on a Stick” and “Amusement Parks” on Unwrapped (Food Network; 8pm and 11pm, 8:30pm and 11:30pm).
Boone and Crockett: The Hunter Heroes (History Channel, 8pm and midnight).
Another fine episode of Boomtown (TNT, 9pm). This one is titled “Fearless” and so of course focuses on Fearless.
There’s a night club fire on C.S.I. Miami (CBS, 9pm).
Rerun of Peacemakers (USA, 10pm).
Jim Hightower on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (Comedy Central, 10pm and midnight).
Scott Thompson, Jim David on Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn (Comedy Central, 10:30pm and 12:30am).
“Anthology of Interest 1″ episode of Futurama (Cartoon Network, 10:30pm).
Eugene Levy, the Eels on a rerun of The Late Show with David Letterman (CBS, 10:35pm).
Colin Farrell, B.B. King, Jeff Beck on a rerun of The Tonight Show (NBC, 10:35pm).
Luke Wilson, Jeff Garlin, Solomon Burke on a rerun of Late Night with Conan O’Brien (NBC, 11:35pm).
Mark-Paul Gosselaar, the Music, guest co-host Horatio Sanz on Jimmy Kimmel Live (ABC, check your local listings).
Robert Evans, Jennifer Morrison, Drive-By Truckers on The Late Late Show (CBS, check your local listings).
Eddie Kaye Thomas, The Teutuls (of American Chopper), Junior Senior on a rerun of Last Call with Carson Daly (NBC, check your local listings).
Gregory Peck movies on TCM.
Catherine Zeta-Jones, Kevin Spacey, Carly Simon, Michael Douglas, Jennifer Connelly on a rerun of Live with Regis and Kelly (syndicated, check your local listings).
Cuba Gooding Jr., Dennis Franz, Kiefer Sutherland on The View (ABC, check your local listings).
Michael Michele, Scott Cohen, Tyrese on a rerun of The Caroline Rhea Show (syndicated, check your local listings).
Lauren Hutton, Cyndi Lauper on a rerun of The Wayne Brady Show (syndicated, check your local listings).
“Opposites Attract, But Can They Last?” on Dr. Phil (syndicated, check your local listings).
“Why I Love My Job!” rerun of Oprah (syndicated, check your local listings). Simon Cowell makes an appearance.
