Primetime:

Hockey playoffs on ESPN. NBA playoffs on TNT.

The team morphs a PT Cruiser into a tree chipper on Monster Garage (Discovery Channel, 7pm and 10pm).

West Side Story (TCM, 7pm).

“Aisha’s (Tamyra Gray) ailing father leaves a song manuscript in her possession, and she writes lyrics for the melody” on Boston Public (FOX, 7pm).

“Eric and Chandler enlist the help of Mrs. Bink (Eileen Brennan) to raise money for the church’s leaky roof; Peter mistrusts his mother’s boyfriend (William R. Moses); Lucy confides intimate details about married life to Roxanne” on 7th Heaven (WB, 7pm).

“Doug is excited when he learns that Arthur inherited a house 10 years ago and may move” on King of Queens (CBS, 7pm).

Ephram has his first piano recital in Everwood (WB, 8pm; rerun on Sunday). Amy tries to see Colin despite being grounded, there’s also some sort of medical mystery.

Debra throws a bridal shower for Amy on Everybody Loves Raymond (CBS, 8pm).

“Midnight Snax” and “Sugary Treats” on Unwrapped (Food Network; 8pm and 11pm, 8:30pm and 11:30pm).

Detective Woody Hoyt (Jerry O’Connell) and the rest of the gang on Crossing Jordan (NBC, 9pm) try to solve three murders in the first part of the two-part season finale titled “Pandora’s Trunk.” And events of this episode will (of course) somehow involve the mystery of what happened to Jordan’s mother. And Jordan’s brother (Michael T. Weiss) will return. Ugh. I liked it much better when we didn’t have any idea who killed Jordan’s Mom or had mere hints, the story has gotten farfetched and stupid since then. (Anyone else feel the show has actually declined this season? I do, though I’ll admit I’m a few episodes behind right now).

“Marks on a female corpse on a beach lead Horatio to think the perpetrator is a serial killer who bites victims; Calleigh and Delko investigate a murder at a motel pool” on C.S.I. Miami (CBS, 9pm).

Late Night:

Dr. Sanjay Gupta on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (Comedy Central, 10pm and midnight).

Rerun of last weeks episode of 24 (FX, 10pm).

Rerun of Platinum (MTV, 10pm).

Warrick leads the investigation of a murdered con artist linked to Capt. Brass’ daughter on a rerun of C.S.I. (TNN, 10:05pm) from the show’s second season.

Ashton Kutcher, Jack Hanna (and a bunch of animals), Survivor castoff Alex Bell on The Late Show with David Letterman (CBS, 10:35pm).

Hugh Jackman, Jimmy Buffett on The Tonight Show (NBC, 10:35pm).

Cole tries to keep a murderer behind bars after the key witness to his crime is killed on Robbery Homicide Division (USA, 11pm).

Martin Scorsese, Paget Brewster, Tony Bennett, k.d. lang on a rerun of Late Night with Conan O’Brien (NBC, 11:35pm).

Oklahoma! (TCM, midnight).

Sarah Wynter, Fischerspooner, guest co-host John Edward on Jimmy Kimmel Live (ABC, check your local listings).

Anna Paquin, Steve Schirippa, Groove Armada on The Late Late Show (CBS, check your local listings).

Kiefer Sutherland, Jerry O’Connell, the Ben Taylor Band on a rerun of Last Call with Carson Daly (NBC, check your local listings).

Tomorrow:

Andy Dick on Live with Regis and Kelly (syndicated, check your local listings).

Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Michael Baden on The View (ABC, check your local listings).

Richard Belzer (of Homicide, Law & Order: SVU), American Idol castoff Carmen Rasmusen, Robert Sean Leonard on The Caroline Rhea Show (syndicated, check your local listings).

Jane Seymour, Kurtwood Smith, Alexis Bledel (of Gilmore Girls) on The Wayne Brady Show (syndicated, check your local listings).

Drama Queens on Dr. Phil (syndicated, check your local listings).

“It’s About Time!” on Oprah (syndicated, check your local listings). Described on the Oprah website like this: “No one is safe. A packrat exposed. A bathroom stripped. A car condemned. From messy moms to not-so-neighborly neighbors, they’ve been found out, turned in, and busted?and it’s about time!”
