Part 7 (of 10) of Taken (Sci-Fi, 6pm-8pm).

Primetime:

Episodes are new unless I say they’re reruns. Lotsa new stuff tonight!

Yes! Ed (NBC, 7pm) is finally back with a new episode. Timothy Busfield returns as Ed’s brother (Busfield is a producer on the show). ‘Tis a Christmas episode. And how great was that episode where Ed and Carol were locked up in the bowling alley? I loved it (even though I’m sure some of you were rooting for a happier ending).

Don Rickles guest stars on The Bernie Mac Show (FOX, 7pm).

Jose Carreras, Natalie Cole, and Placido Domingo perform a holiday concert on Celebration of Christmas (Bravo, 7pm-9pm; 10pm-midnight).

“Trip liberates an exotic-looking alien female, and together they flee her captors” on Enterprise (UPN, 7pm).

” Dawson invites everyone to Capeside for Christmas; Pacey arrives bearing costly gifts” on Dawson’s Creek (WB, 7pm).

The President and Leo may think they hear “footsteps” (if you know what I mean) in a new Christmas episode of The West Wing (NBC, 8pm).

Part 8 (of 10) of Taken (Sci-Fi, 8pm, 10pm, midnight).

“Van and Deaqon race to foil the murder of a high-class hooker by her pimp” on Fastlane (FOX, 8pm). Pras and Michelle Forbes guest star.

Christopher Titus guest stars on The Twilight Zone (UPN, 8pm).

Amazing Race (CBS, 8pm). Subtitled “Don’t Try to Play the Moralist Now!”

“Black Canary (Lori Loughlin) returns to New Gotham in search of her daughter, Dinah” on a rerun of Birds of Prey (WB, 8pm).

“The smoldering corpse of a girl is found by Chinese consul general’s apartment” on Law & Order (NBC, 9pm).

I think it’s a new Christmas South Park (Comedy Central, 9pm), followed by “Mr. Hankey’s Christmas Classics” (Comedy Central, 9:30pm). New episode is called “Red Sleigh Down.” “With the help of Santa, Mr. Hankey, and Jesus, Cartman attempts to bring Christmas to the downtrodden citizens of Iraq.”

New special Hackers: Outlaws and Angels (TLC, 9pm and midnight).

” A man who believes he is a space alien refuses surgery; Donge plots to become the chief administrator; Kellerman finds out his ex-wife is pregnant” on MDs (ABC, 9pm).

Al Gore, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band on Late Night with Conan O’Brien (NBC, 11:35pm).

Anthony LaPaglia, Christine Baranski, comic Dane Cook on The Late Late Show (CBS, check your local listings).
