If for some reason you want a permanent link to the picks for yesterday (or want to look at them again), this is the link you want.
Thanks to TVTattle, Steve Rhodes & Tom Heald at TVBarn, and everyone else who linked to my coverage yesterday. And to those of you who emailed to say “thank you.” And to the handful of people who’ve made donations recently.
I don’t suppose any of you taped The Late Show last night? I forgot to set my VCR (bad me, I know) and would love to see the show.
Farscape has been cancelled. That webpage has links to all the information on write-in campaigns, picketing, etc. If you care about the show and want it to have a fifth season, you’ve gotta act fast.
I’ve updated the 2002-03 Fall Schedule Grid to include season and series premiere dates as well as links to websites or webpages for all the new series (so you can read up on ‘em). Check it out, spread the word if you find the page useful. There’s also an Eastern timezone version of my Fall TV Grid.
Series premiere of Family Affair (WB, 7pm). Tim Curry as Mr. French. You know you’re curious.
Scrubs (NBC, 7:30pm) is a great show.

Baseball: Chicago White Sox at Kansas City Royals (WGN, 1pm).
John Ritter guest stars as a psychiatrist on NewsRadio (A&E, 1:30pm).
9/11 Tribute To Fathers on Oprah (syndicated, check your local listings). It’ll make you weep (really).
“A college fraternity and sorority swap digs” at Berkely on Trading Spaces (TLC, 3pm).
I never quite know how to explain the “Married With Fishsticks” episode of Xena, Warrior Princess (Oxygen, 5pm and 10pm) to anyone who hasn’t seen it before. Um. It’s surreal, okay? And hilarious. And . . . weird. Must be seen to be believed. And I’m not just saying that ‘cuz I have a crush on Ted Raimi.
Sarah Vowell, Carson Daly, Joan Osborne on a rerun of last night’s excellent episode of Late Night with Conan O’Brien (Comedy Central, Noon and 6pm).
Series premiere of Family Affair (WB, 7pm). Gary Cole and Tim Curry star in this new series (based on an old one). Here’s the official show webpage. TVTattle has a roundup of reviews of the show.
Two-hour edition of Big Brother (CBS, 7pm).
PAX has the 9/11 edition of It’s A Miracle (PAX, 7pm).

Enjoy these picks? Tell me why (or just say “hi”) and/or make a donation (if you haven’t done such things already or in a while). I’m not paid to put together these picks, right now I’m unemployed, so every little bit of money (or encouragement) helps. Thanks!
