Best Bets | Daytime | Primetime | Late Night

Best Bets:

Boston Public (FOX, 7pm)
Angel (WB, 8pm)
Crossing Jordan (NBC, 9pm)
David Duchovny on The Tonight Show (NBC, 10:35pm)
Paul Westerberg on The Late Show (CBS, 10:35pm)

Daytime:

“The Prom” and “Graduation Day, part 1″ episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer (FX, 5pm, 6pm).

Primetime:

Ronnie throws a surprise birthday party for Harry on Boston Public (FOX, 7pm). Looks like everyone gets to hang out away from school and you know that there’ll be trouble if people start drinking and telling each other what they really think. (One can hope the episode is half as good as the great quarantine episode of Chicago Hope).

Darryl directs a school play on The Hughleys (UPN, 7pm).

Mary brings home her new boyfriend on 7th Heaven (WB, 7pm).

Gilda Radner’s Greatest Moments (ABC, 7pm) followed by a new TV movie Gilda Radner: It’s Always Something (ABC, 8pm-10pm). Jami Gertz stars.

Angel (WB, 8pm) tries to get his son back, but gets more than he bargained for (of course).

Dr. Susan Lewis (Sherry Stringfield) searches for her missing niece on Third Watch (NBC, 8pm). Continuing a storyline started on ER last Thursday.

Batman begins a run on TV Land (7pm-9pm).

Vanessa Williams sues Jon Bon Jovi. Christina Ricci and Dame Edna are still around, too, on Ally McBeal (FOX, 8pm).

Debra tries to call Marie “Mom” on Everybody Loves Raymond (CBS, 8pm).

Spidermania (E!, 8pm) special followed by Live From the Red Carpet: Spider-Man Premiere (E!, 9pm).

Jack Klugman and Jerry O’Connell guest star on Crossing Jordan (NBC, 9pm).

Elvis Costello on Musicians (Bravo, 9pm and midnight).

Late Night:

Susan Caskie on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (Comedy Central, 10pm and midnight).

Charlie Sheen, another Survivor castoff, Paul Westerberg on The Late Show with David Letterman (CBS, 10:35pm).

White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer, David Duchovny, Brooks and Dunn on The Tonight Show (NBC, 10:35pm).

Halle Berry, Ryan Phillippe, Jud Hale on a rerun of Late Night with Conan O’Brien (NBC, 11:35pm).

Ted Danson, Lauren Ambrose, International Noise Conspiracy on The Late Late Show (CBS, check your local listings).

Vincent D’Onofrio guest stars in the award-winning “Subway” episode of Homicide: Life on the Street (Court TV, midnight).

Carrie Fisher, Laura Ingraham, Andrew W.K., Larry Miller on Politically Incorrect (ABC, check your local listings).

Lit on Last Call with Carson Daly (NBC, check your local listings).
