Everything is more subject to change than usual, ‘cuz of breaking news and like that. But you’re smart and probably knew that. It’s safe to assume episodes of talk shows or primetime network shows that I mention are new unless I say otherwise.
Sci-Fi airs all the episodes of the Babylon 5 spin-off series Crusade (Sci-Fi, 6am-6pm). Sorry I didn’t give y’all more warning on this.
China Beach reruns aren’t airing this week on the History Channel, but it looks like the show will be back next week at Noon and 6pm weekdays. And that the 10am Saturday run will continue this Saturday, too.
All castmembers of Homicide: Life on the Street return for Homicide: The Movie (Court TV, 3pm). The movie was something of a love letter to the series and the fans and succeeded in some ways. Great to see everyone together.
Alec, Daniel, Billy, and Stephen Baldwin are all on The Rosie O’Donnell Show (syndicated, check your local listings) along with other members of their family.
Doug is about to break a record for deliveries, Arthur asks Holly to play in a Scrabble tournament on King of Queens (CBS, 7pm).
Michael is caught skipping school so Darryl has him work for him at the vending company for a while to give him a taste of the working world on The Hughleys (UPN, 7pm).
Back-to-back reruns of one of the funniest shows on the air, Malcolm in the Middle (FOX, 7pm and 7:30pm). The first one is the bowling one, the second one is the one where a garden gnome stalks Dewey.
Funny people Jack Black, Seth Green, Orlando Jones, Jimmy Kimmel, Denis Leary, Bill Maher, Kevin Nealon and Caroline Rhea compete on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire (ABC, 7pm). For charity, of course.
Simon asks a 16-year-old pregnant girl out on a date and one can only imagine how his parents react on Seventh Heaven (WB, 7pm).
The SportsCentury profile of Barry Bonds (ESPN Classic, 7pm and 10pm).
Andre Braugher stars in Steve James’ basketball movie Passing Glory (BET, 7pm-9pm). Based on a true story. Originally aired on TNT a couple years back.
The regular run of Star Trek: The Next Generation (TNN, 7pm) begins on TNN with the first part of “Encounter at Farpoint,” the pilot movie.
Frank gets jealous (!) when Marie starts spending time with the new owner of Nemo’s restaurant on Everybody Loves Raymond (CBS, 8pm).
Gunn’s old gang of vampire-hunters is really not happy with Angel (WB, 8pm) or even Gunn, for that matter.
Season premiere of 100 Centre Street (A&E, 8pm). Directed by Sidney Lumet, this law drama is back with more new episodes. I’ve tried to watch it and found it a little too dry and slow, but others whose opinions I value quite like the show so I should probably give it another chance. And it might be worth your time, too.
Frasier is in the spotlight on tonight’s Cheers marathon (Nick, starting at 8pm).
Becker (CBS, 8:30pm) tries to quit smoking.
Jordan goes to prison to try and solve a case involving a dismembered body. Or something. On Crossing Jordan (NBC, 9pm).
They try court cases or something on Family Law (CBS, 9pm). (Aren’t you glad I’m here for you with that info?)
“The Garage Door” episode of Freaks and Geeks (Family Channel, 9pm).
Jessica Biel goes to Bali on Celebrity Adventures (E!, 9pm).
“The Child” is the first episode of the second season of Star Trek: The Next Generation (TNN, 10pm). I didn’t even have to look that up because I’m a recovering Trek Geek.
It looks like FX is going to start airing Ally McBeal still more times each day, at 5pm and 10pm (in addition to 9am and 7pm); and The Practice at 11pm (in addition to 10am and 8pm). But I’m not clear yet on if these will all be the same episodes as the other airings or what.
Jim Belushi on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (Comedy Central, 10pm and midnight).
Farrah Fawcett, Saturday Night Live head writer Tina Fey, and Garbage on The Late Show with David Letterman (CBS, 10:35pm).
Jenna Elfman, Breckin Meyer (of Inside Schwartz), Nickelback on The Tonight Show (NBC, 10:35pm).
Bob Costas, Carmen Electra, Phish on Late Night with Conan O’Brien (NBC, 11:35pm).
Jason Alexander, Jim Belushi on The Late Late Show (CBS, check your local listings).
You really can’t beat Homicide: Life on the Street (Court TV, midnight). I’m just saying.
The “Ten Wickets” episode of Sports Night (Comedy Central, 12:30am). Love this show.
