Magnum his own bad self, Tom Selleck is on The Early Show (CBS, 7am-9am).

“High tech gadgets for newlyweds” on The Today Show (NBC, 7am-10am). Um. I can’t decide which joke to make.

Tupac Shakur plays Jada Pinkett’s ex-boyfriend on an old episode of Different World (TBS, 7:35am).

Cookie Monster helps Martha Stewart bake cookies on Martha Stewart Living (syndicated, check your local listings). Yay Cookie Monster!

Sandra Bernhard, Shannon Elizabeth on Live with Regis and Kelly (syndicated, check your local listings). Plus a surprise co-host.

If the Sci-Fi Channel can air marathons of the likes of Manimal (Sci-Fi, 10am-3pm), I sure hope they can air the rest of the first season of Now and Again one of these days. Tracy Scoggins guest stars in the 11am episode.

McMurphy is still struggling to put Vietnam behind her in 1976 so she visits Dodger in Montana on China Beach (History Channel, Noon and 6pm).

A look at The Top 50 Soundtracks of All Time (VH1, 1:30pm-5:30pm). According to VH1, presumably.

A young comic strip artist is dismayed when events from his strip start happening to him on Remington Steele (PAX, 3pm).

So did The A-Team (TV Land, 1pm) jump the shark when Robert Vaughn first showed up? Or did it happen before that?

Gary Cooper and Grace Kelly in High Noon (AMC, 3pm). Cooper won an Oscar for his performance.

Now I’ve got the “suspenseful” Star Trek (Sci-Fi, 4pm) music stuck in my head, just from reading that today’s episode is “The Doomsday Machine.”

Get warmed up for the forthcoming remake by watching the original Oceans 11 (TCM, 4:30pm).

Eriq La Salle (of ER) and Tom Fontana (of Homicide and Oz) discuss their influences and inspiration on The Museum of Television and Radio’s Influences (Bravo, 6pm). Alan Alda hosts.

“Soul Hunter” episode of Babylon 5 (Sci-Fi, 6pm, letterboxed).

Dean takes Rory out for an anniversary date, Lorelai gets stuck on a blind date, and Luke’s long lost girlfriend shows up in the “Star-Crossed Lovers and Other Strangers” episode of Gilmore Girls (WB, 7pm).

Fez pretends he’s dating Donna on That ’70s Show (FOX, 7pm).

“Exodus from Genesis” episode of Farscape (Sci-Fi, 7pm). I’m gonna try to watch this series from the beginning for the first time because I’ve heard such great things about it for ages now. Well past time I gave it a good look.

I have a hard time not watching His Girl Friday (AMC, 7pm and 1am) any time it airs. This despite having the movie on tape and DVD already. Cary Grant and Rosalind Russell star in this Howard Hawks classic.

Rene Auberjonois guest stars on Frasier (NBC, 8pm).

Ed Asner guest stars on Dharma & Greg (ABC, 8pm).

Bruce Campbell proves he can do serious drama (really!) in the first part of the “Justice” two-part episode of Homicide: Life on the Street (Court TV, 10pm). He does it in the second part, too, as a matter of fact (which airs tomorrow).

Boy George on The Sandra Bernhard Experience (A&E, 10pm).

The legendary Etta James (and, oh yeah, that Jason Biggs kid, too) on The Late Show w/ David Letterman (CBS, 10:35pm).

Jackie Chan on a rerun of The Tonight Show (NBC, 10:35pm).

John Leguizamo on a rerun of Late Night w/ Conan O’Brien (NBC, 11:35pm).

John Cleese, Jordana Brewster, Travis on a rerun of The Late Late Show (CBS, check your local listings; note it airs later than usual ‘cuz of Tennis coverage).

Cary Grant and Katherine Hepburn in Holiday (TCM, 12:30am).
