Bester returns to Babylon 5 (Sci-Fi, 6pm, letterboxed) yet again. Followed by another Babylon 5 movie: River of Souls (Sci-Fi, 7pm, letterboxed). Which features Martin Sheen as as Soul Hunter.

Phil Collins guest stars on Miami Vice (TNN, 6pm).

Poor Ed (NBC, 7pm), he’s got the girl he had a crush on in high school and a hot new D.A. (played by Rena Sofer) fighting over him. Must be rough. Charles S. Dutton guest stars this week.

Two Worldwide Pants shows duke it out as CBS throws a rerun of the hour-long season opener of Everybody Loves Raymond (CBS, 7pm) up against Ed. It’s the one where the family goes to Italy.

Marion Davies was far more talented than the fictionalized version of her in Citizen Kane would have you believe (and that’s really where most people know her from). Charlize Theron narrates Captured on Film: The True Story of Marion Davies (TCM, 7pm), a look at Davies’ life and career. 13 of Davies’ films will air today and tomorrow on TCM.

I was all set to rant re “how many farewell concerts is this woman going to do?” but I guess Barbra Streisand: Timeless (FOX, 7pm) was actually filmed a year or two ago at that New Year’s farewell show.

New episodes of 7 Days (UPN, 7pm) and Star Trek: Voyager (UPN, 8pm).

Conclusion of the two-part West Wing (NBC, 8pm), that began last week. The President faces fallout from his state of the union address, and deals with the situation involving DEA agents being held hostage in Columbia.

Valentine’s Day episode of Jack & Jill (WB, 8pm). (Preempted/postponed in Minneapolis for a Timberwolves game, will air after the basketball game at approximately 10:30pm). Did anyone record this show last week? I’m still searching for a tape . . .

Haven (CBS, 8pm) concludes. In case you watched the first part on Sunday night and were wondering when the second part would finally air!

Not many people are happy with Rick this week on Once and Again (ABC, 9pm; will air again on Lifetime at 10pm Saturday night) ‘cuz he’s working with that awful Miles Drentell guy (who I wish would drop off the face of the earth).

A gay man is murdered and his son disappears on Law & Order (NBC, 9pm).

New episode of Soul Food (Showtime, 9pm).

The wrong man may be on death row and detectives race against the clock to possibly save him and Colonel Barnfather (who’s being held hostage) on Homicide: Life on the Street (Court TV, 10pm). Episode was written by author Jane Smiley.

Jessica Alba on The Daily Show (Comedy Central, 10pm).

Chris Rock, Destiny’s Child on The Late Show w/ David Letterman (CBS, 10:35pm).

Charlize Theron on The Tonight Show (NBC, 10:35pm).

Boy George, Amanda Detmer on The Late Late Show (CBS, check your local listings).

Caroline Rhea, Leah Remini, and Mary Stuart Masterson on Politically Incorrect (ABC, check your local listings).

Ashton Kuchner on Late Night w/ Conan O’Brien (NBC, check your local listings).

SCTV (NBC, check your local listings) continues to air in the old Later timeslot.
